Once you have placed your order, we send a confirmation email so you can track its status. Once your order ships, we send another email with a link to track it. You can also track your order anytime from the Order History section of your account page.

Delivery times vary by location and the type of product you order. Because each item is made to order, it usually takes about 1–3 business days to produce and prepare for shipment. All orders ship from our office in Ramsey, New Jersey.

We can only change orders that haven’t been processed for production yet — approximately 8 hours from the time you place it. To make changes within that window, contact support through the Contact Us form or call 201-945-2343.

There is also a calculator on every wallpaper product page, which goes one step further and pre-fills the size and quantity into your order so you can add it straight to the cart.

All it needs is the measurements of the area you are actually papering — leave out base trim, crown moulding, and anything below a chair rail. If a wall is taller than our standard rolls, the calculator will tell you and offer a custom quote.

Yes. Run your measurements through the roll calculator — if your wall falls outside our standard roll sizes it will prompt you for a custom quote. You can also just contact us with your measurements and we’ll quote it for you.

Because everything is made to order, we can’t guarantee an exact color match between orders placed on different dates — we go through many rolls of material each day, and roll lots can vary ever so slightly over time. Please order the correct quantity, using the roll calculator to check it. For designs with a single-roll repeat it’s always wise to over-estimate by 1 extra roll per project. For multi-roll repeats and murals, each roll is a specific panel in the sequence, so a spare roll doesn’t apply — order the exact panels you need. If you've already ordered and need an extra roll, please contact us first so we check our records to get you the best possible outcome.

You can pay with a debit or credit card. We also support PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paytm, and other wallets — just choose your preferred method at checkout.

All of our products are made to order just for you, so we’re unable to accept returns. Please reach out before ordering if you have any questions about wall texture or paint compatibility — we’re happy to help you order with confidence.

Because all products are made to order, we’re unable to accept returns for wall incompatibility. Please note: Peel and Stick Wallpaper (fabric or vinyl) is not compatible with Sherwin Williams ProMar 400 Zero VOC paints, or paints marketed as Stain-Resistant, Anti-Stain, or Anti-microbial — unless you first prime the wall with Roman Pro-935 R-35 Primer. If your walls were painted recently, wait 30 days before installing so the paint fully cures. When in doubt, contact us before you order.

The main difference is the material and how they’re made. Wall Decals are a cut vinyl — super thin — so on your wall they look like beautiful painted designs; we don’t print them, we cut them (sometimes layering different colored vinyl). Wall Stickers are a thicker printed vinyl material. Since they are printed, they usually have more graphic details. They both look beautiful, it just depends on the style you are going for.

All three are Class A fire rated and Prop 65 compliant.

Fabric Peel & Stick: a matte finish over a very fine micro-weave; durable, easy to clean, and the easiest to install. Can indirectly support LEED v4 credits through its material composition and environmental profile.

Vinyl Peel & Stick: a smooth surface with a slightly satin sheen and a high-tack removable adhesive; durable and easy to clean, and will adhere to moderately textured walls. The E-Z Hang Peel & Stick Helper is highly recommended.

Unpasted: a Type II 20oz, textured non-adhesive wallpaper that is hung using wallpaper paste. Non-woven backing. Heavy weight wallpaper paste required. Widely used in commercial settings.

Unpasted Traditional suits slightly textured walls. For peel and stick, the more texture a wall has, the less surface area the adhesive can grip. While our vinyl peel and stick will adhere to moderately textured walls, heavily textured or bumpy walls may need skim-coating first. If you're unsure about your wall, send us a photo through chat or email [email protected] and we'll check before you order.

All of our products are water resistant and can be wiped down and cleaned with water and a damp cloth. Before using any chemical cleaners, please test them in an inconspicuous spot first.
