How do I place an order?

Orders should be placed right here on our website.  Just add an item to your shopping cart and proceed through checkout by clicking the "my cart" button on the top right corner.  You can checkout as a guest or sign up as a member. 

Once you enter your shipping information, before you finalize your purchase, you will be given a real time shipping quote

This applies for USA and International Orders.

Can I cancel my order?

To cancel an order, we ask that you send an email to support@simpleshapes.com . Please include your full contact info and order number. One of our team members will get back to you shortly.

Do you do Custom Orders?

Absolutely! Please click on the Custom Orders link to the left to enter and submit your request.

How long does it take to receive my order?

[Order Processing and Production]

Our standard processing and production time is 3-4 business days.

When your item ships, you will receive an email from our shipping provider USPS Stamps.com with your shipping information.

[Shipping Within United States]

For standard shipping, we use US Postal Service PRIORITY MAIL (2-4 day transit time for continental US) Please note, the delivery time is NOT guaranteed, but what is given to us by the Postal Service as a typical transit time. 

[Shipping International Orders]

We use US Postal Service First Class International Package Service for all standard orders shipped internationally. Please note transit times for International Orders varies by destination country. We will email you a confirmation number, however it is NOT a tracking number. It could take between 2-5 weeks for delivery of your product. Any Delays are usually caused by the Custom's Agency in the destination country. Please note, we are under the mercy of the Postal Service for International delivery orders. Sometimes delivery takes 2 weeks, and in rare cases, it could take up to 6 weeks! Please be patient when ordering from abroad.


**International orders: If your real time shipping quote is greater than $28, we will upgrade your shipping to US Postal Service Priority International Mail with Tracking Number.  This should expedite your shipping to  2-3 weeks, however again, this is not guaranteed since the package can slow down at Customs in your country.

**We reserve the right to cancel orders to addresses that are not verified.


Do you offer faster shipping options?

At this time we only offer Priority Shipping for our wall decals and standard shipping for everything else.  If you need something sooner than this, please use the contact us form to let us know your situation and we will see what options are available.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express for payment.  All credit card transactions are processed by Authorize.net the leading online credit card processor.  This is the safest way to purchase online.

Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority.  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item for a full refund of the product price (minus shipping charges). The item must be unopened and in saleable condition. 

Open but unused items may be returned but are subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

Used or Customized items may not be returned under any condition.

Defective Items will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost per manufacturer’s discretion.

Shipping charges including the original cost of delivery are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Wallpaper / Peel and Stick Products  Return Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your wallpaper or peel and stick product purchase please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item for a full refund of the product price (minus shipping charges). The item packaging must be unopened and in saleable condition.   Once the plastic tubing has been opened, the item is considered open.  PLEASE READ the product description for size and color concerns.

Open but unused items may be returned but are subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

Used or Customized items may not be returned under any condition.
