I haven’t received any confirmation regarding my order what’s going on?

If you completed checkout and received the on screen message stating that your order has been successfully received, please wait a few minutes and then check the email that you entered in the checkout form. You should see an order confirmation email from us. If you do not see it, please check your junk or spam folders as it is probably waiting there.

I placed an order and received a message saying "suspected fraud" what is this?

If your shipping address is not the same as your billing address, or if your billing address does not match EXACTLY with what your credit card company has on file for the address, or if you are purchasing from outside of the USA, then you may get a "suspected fraud" message. No need to worry! That just means that one of our team members will double check your order to make sure everything is okay. It will be handled on our side so just as long as you still receive the confirmation letter, your order should be good to go!

I'm trying to place an order but keep getting an error saying "Gateway error". 

We have a very secure online ordering system in place for the safety of our customers. Unfortunately that means that sometimes our system is very picky. If you may a mistake on your billing address and the order does not go through the first time, multiple tries with the correct information may still get declined. The easiest way around this is to just use the Paypal button and pay through Paypal during checkout. You don't have to sign up for Paypal and you can use your credit card just the same. Another option is to just give us a call during our normal business hours at 1-866-221-2343, Monday through Friday 9am-5pm Eastern Standard Time.

I placed an order as a Guest. Can I see my order details online?

If you placed an order as a guest and would like to see your order details, please go to the order status page to see your invoice and shipping information.

When will my order ship?

Our products are made to order. It can take 1-4 business days for us to actually make the item you purchased before we can ship it out. We always try our best to ship as soon as possible, but depending on how many orders we receive that day, things can get delayed. If shipping date is critical, please email, call or chat with us first so that we can give you a better estimate of when your order would ship.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Simple Shapes ships worldwide. We ship using USPS First Class International Mail or USPS Priority International Mail depending on the shipping weight of the order. If you need to get a shipping estimate, add the item you wish to purchase to your shopping cart. Then proceed to checkout. On the next screen there is a Estimate Shipping and Tax area where you can enter your Country, State/Province, and Postal Code for a Shipping Quote.

I live in New Jersey, can I pick up my order?

We offer order pickup for our local customers by appointment only. Please call us at 1-201-945-2343 to make an appointment for pickup.

My package arrived damaged. What should I do?

Don’t panic! No one is perfect and as much as we love the United States Postal Service, sometimes our shipping boxes can get a little banged up. In the event that the product arrives with shipping damage, please email us photos showing the product and box damage. This is usually enough for us to file a shipping insurance claim and we can send a replacement order to you right away!

How do I cancel or change an order?

Changes and Cancellations must be made within 12 hours of order placement. To change or cancel an order please call us at 201-945-2343 OR email us.
