I am incredibly disappointed with the Growth Chart Ruler Decal - Children's Vinyl Wall Decal (Item: W1148-W1148-7ft). Aside from the shipping which was late, the product description doesn't explain that the decal/sticker comes in pieces. This design makes no sense. When ordering a growth chart it should be one continuous piece so the measurements are accurate. Not only that, all of the pieces came of one big square sheet that had to markings to show where to cut so the sections would cut evenly and be cohesive. Each edge of the square was also completely crooked meaning there's a great deal of measuring required to even cut the pieces before trying to assemble them. There are also tons of tools required to make this work unless you don't care about the chart being accurate. If this product is not redesigned then it needs a website description stating that a straight edge ruler, scissors/box cutter, cutting mat, measuring tape and two people are required for installation. To make matters worse, the customer service was a COMPLETE NIGHTMARE! Lorie/Laurie who answered the phone felt the need to repeatedly give me her opinion on the product and how great it was while making sure to maintain a nasty attitude during our entire interaction. Jeffery, a manager, had a much nicer demeanor but still was not able to come up with an amicable solution for this disaster product. They said that I had ordered a custom color. However, the color I selected was one of the options mentioned on the page, I didn't make any special requests for that color. Their best solution was for me to send it back with a 20% restocking fee and pay for my own return shipping! What a way to add insult to injury. This product and possible the company is a complete FLOP and I warn you, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!
